De ce am ales sa fiu blogger

Acum 3 ani nu stiam nimic despre blogging si in continuare mai am de invatat. Stiam doar ca citeam reviste si carti de moda din placere, ca ma plimbam pe strazi numai ca sa vad vitrinele magazinelor, ca aveam o valiza de machiaje, desi nu stiam sa imi fac mare lucru. Dar le aveam pentru ca imi placeau culorile, ambalajele, mirosurile si sentimentul pe care mi-l dadeau atunci cand le cumparam. In timp, m-am educat si nu mai cumpar chiar asa de impulsiv, ehhm, ba da, uneori.☺

Nu treceam prin cea mai frumoasa etapa a vietii mele, asadar, m-am hotarat sa fac ceva ce imi face placere, un fel de tratament antidepresie, excelent de altfel.

Datorita zodiei, sunt o Fecioara perfectionista, am vrut sa fac totul ca la carte. Am consultat persoane avizate, care sa ma ajute sa il fac sa arate profi. Pentru mine trebuia sa fie un hobby si nu mi-am imaginat vreodata ca o sa si fac bani din asta. Jobul este job, iar bloggingul extra. Numai ca atunci cand incepi si ai si niste oameni creativi prin preajma, incep sa se lege foarte multe idei si totul s-a transformat intr-o mare alergatura.

Un an de zile am rotit hainele din garderoba incercand sa fac tinute cat mai interesante, am facut cursuri de styling, am incercat sa inteleg mai bine ce reprezinta social media, am mers la fashion week-uri, am facut un curs de machiaj si tot asa. Consum de energie, bani, dar care imi dadeau o satisfactie foarte mare. Uite asa, incet incet, am crescut si am ajuns la ceea ce reprezinta astazi www.carmennegoita.com.

Mai am putin si implinesc 3 ani de blogging, dar prin multitudinea experientelor, pe care le-am avut in acest timp, am senzatia ca fac asta de mult mai mult timp.

Dupa cum bine stiti sau nu, impreuna cu familia mea detin un brand de mancare raw-vegan, Rawyal Brunch & Cakes, iar de multe ori m-au rugat sa renunt la aceasta zona de blogging si sa ma implic mai mult pe partea de bucatarie, unde imi place sa experimentez. 

Dar daca m-as inchide 4 zile pe saptamana in bucatarie sau in restaurant, probabil ca nu as mai avea foarte mult timp sa realizez celelalte proiecte. Asa ca incerc sa imi impart timpul cat mai echitabil intre cele doua domenii, casa si copii. 

Imi scria de curand o cititoare ca si-ar dori sa postez mai des… si eu imi doresc, recunosc, dar uneori nu reusesc sa scriu la timp sau sa fac poze. Chiar si acum, cand scriu acest articol, este 1:00 AM si sper ca maine va fi tradus si gata de postat pe blog.

Atitudinea visatoare din postul de astazi  si locatia m-au inspirat sa ma duc putin in timp si  sa imi aduc aminte de inceputuri. Sa va povestesc asa putin de cum & de ce am deschis acest blog, ce a insemnat & ce inseamna pentru mine. 

Iar daca va intrebati, port sort si camasa H&M, sanadale  Mihaela Glavan, foarte vechi, dar pe care le port cu palacere si geanta o Musette.

Three years ago I didn’t know anything about blogging and I still have more to learn. I knew that I was reading fashion mags & books for pure pleasure, strolling the streets & window shopping, I had a luggage full of make up, even though I didn’t know how to use them properly.  Still, I loved their colours, packages, fragrances & the feeling that they gave me when I was buying them. In time, I stopped impulsive shopping.. ehm, I still do it sometimes.

I wasn’t passing through the best period of my life, so I decided to do something I love, a kind of an antidepressant treatment if you’d like, a very excellent one to be sincere.

Blaming the zodiac here, I’m a perfectionist Virgo. I wanted to do everything by the book, talked to a couple of professionals who helped me to make it look profi. For me, this was supposed to be a hobby and I never imagined to make money out of it. My job is my job and blogging is extra. But when you start and you are surrounded by  creative people, beautiful projects start and everything transforms in a rush.

An entire  year I went and went through my  wardrobe trying to make my outfits more interesting, I did some styling classes, I tried to better understand social media, I went to fashion weeks, I took a makeup course and  so on. Consumed a lot of energy  & money, but that gave me great satisfaction. Just like that, slowly, I grew the blog and became what is today www.carmennegoita.com.

The blog will be 3 soon, but because of  the multitude of experience I had in this whole time, I have the sensation that I blog for a longer time.

As you know or not, along with my family we own a brand of raw-vegan food, Rawyal Brunch & Cakes, and many times they asked me to give up blogging and get more involved in the kitchen where I like to experiment.

But if I lock myself for four days a week in the kitchen or in the restaurant, I would probably no have time for my other projects. So I try to share my time more equitably between the two areas, plus my house and children.

A reader recently told me that she would like me to post more often … and I wish that too, but sometimes I do not know have time to write or take pictures. Even now, as I write this, it is 1:00 AM and I hope that tomorrow the article will be translated and posted on the blog.

The dreamy attitude of the post and the location of the station today inspired to go back in time and  remember the beginning. To tell you about how and why I started this, what it meant and what it means to me.

And if you are wondering, I’m wearing  H&M shorts and shirt,  very old Mihaela Glavan sandals, but which I wear with pleasure and Musette bag.

    Un outfit foarte frumos si niste cuvinte ce transmit numai sinceritate: in lumea blogging-ului chiar sunt mereu lucruri noi de invatat. Felicitari!
