Pateu de morcovi, linte rosie si nuci

Am revenit cu o noua reteta, foarte, foarte gustoasa si sanatoasa. Stiu ca este o provocare pentru mine sa filmez saptamanal un material, dar ma chinui dragii mei. I’m doing my best!ūüôą
Astazi avem o reteta bogata in proteine, Omega 3, acid folic si vitamina E. Suna bine, nu?

Incepem cu morcovii pe care ii asezam in tava de copt, acoperita cu hartie de copt. Ii stropim cu ulei de masline, sare de Hymalaya, Curry si putin piper.

¬†Cat timp sta „friptura” de morcovi la cuptor ne ocupam de linte si nuci. Dupa ce ati dat apa in clocot, opriti focul si lasati lintea in apa fierbinte in jur de 10 min.

Nucile le punem intr-o tigaie incinsa cu putin ulei de cocos si le amestecam pana se rumenesc frumos. Dupa ce se racesc le puteti manca si ca snack, pentru ca sunt delicioase.

 Apoi puneti intr-un blender morcovii, lintea si jumatate din nuci si pasati bine. Adaugati sare, 2,3 catei de usturoi, patrunjel, coriandru si zeama de lamaie. Pasati din nou si puneti la sfarsit restul de nuci. Pe acestea le pasati maxim 5 secunde ca sa fie crunchy. Asta daca doriti, bineinteles.

Ingrediente
10 morcovi
1/2 pahar de linte (Atentie: in filmare am pus la fiert un pahar, dar am folosit doar jumatate  din lintea fiarta)
1 pahar de nuci
zeama de la o lamaie
3 catei usturoi
Ulei de masline
Ulei de cocos
Curry
Sare Himalaya
Piper
Patrunjel
Coriandru
Timp de preparare: max 45 minLasati sa se raceasca si POFTA BUNA!

Carrots, red lentils and nuts pate
I’m back with a new very, very tasty and healthy recipe. I know it’s a challenge for me to film every week, but I try so hard darlings. I’m doing my best! ūüôą
Today we have a recipe rich in protein, Omega 3, folic acid and vitamin E. Sounds good, right?
We begin with carrots which we bake in a tray, sprinkled with olive oil, Himalayan salt, curry and a little pepper.
In the time the carrot „steaks” cooks we take care of the ¬†lentils and nuts. Bring water to boil, turn off the heat and put the lentils in for about 10 minutes.
Cook the  nuts in a hot pan with a little coconut oil and mix them until they have a nice brown shade. After they cool you can eat them as a snack also, because they are delicious.

Then put the carrots, lentils and half the nuts in a blender and mash them together. Add salt, 2.3 garlic cloves, parsley, coriander and lemon juice. Blend them again and add the rest of the nuts. Blend them up to 5 seconds to be crunchy. If you want, of course.
Ingredients
10 carrots
1/2 cup of lentils (note: in the video I boiled a cup, but I only used half)
1 cup of nuts
The juice of one lemon
3 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Curry
Himalaya
Pepper
Parsley
Coriander
Cooking time: 45 min max
Let it cool and bon appetit!
