Am fost curioasa ce articole apar pe net atunci cand cauti „cum ne protejam in sezonul rece” si primele 2 rezultate erau despre vaccinuri, cateva idei pentru par, urmate de sfaturi de „bun simt” gen renuntati la fumat, ca si cum este cu buton de on si off in functie de sezon, dupa care iar revenim la pastile si vaccinuri.

Au speculat foarte bine frica oamenilor de durere. Si asa au creat o pastila pentru fiecare tip de durere, pe care ni le baga pe gat cu mega campanii de marketing.

Dragilor corpul nostru este o masinarie foarte desteapta, cea mai desteapta (de-asta avem genii de oameni, care creeaza lucruri exceptionale, dar si lucruri rele pentru bani). Asa ca trebuie sa va ascultati corpul si sa il lasati uneori sa se refaca fara ajutorul atator chimicale.

Nu stati in casa sa muriti, fara sa luati o pastila, dar nici nu luati de la primele simptome.

Si acum ca v-am facut un intro atat de lung despre credintele mele personale sa va spun si ce tratamente naturale folosesc eu in sezonul rece.

Dupa cum am zis si in videoclip 10 zile cura de catina cu zeama de lamaie, suc de ghimbir, miere, polen sau tinctura. Tot ce avem de la albine este excelent. Mierea de Manuka are niste proprietati deosebite.

Catina are vitamina C in cea mai mare concentratie, de 10 mai multa decat citricele. Eu folosesc fructul congelat sau pudra aceasta de la Vegis, atunci cand sunt pe fuga sau nu sunt acasa.

Un alt antioxidant excelent este turmericul, pe care vi-l recomand sa il folositi in cele mai diverse mancaruri. Nu va fie frica sa abuzati de el. Intr-un episod viitor o sa va arat o bautura din turmerique folosita in tratarea multor boli.

Pentru tuse le fac copiilor un sirop de ceapa cu miere foarte eficient. Ceapa razuita amestecata cu miere se lasa sa isi depuna zeama, care se administreaza de cateva ori pe zi. Va spun sincer ca in 2-3 zile copiii mei scapa de tuse.

Pentru durerile in gat cel mai bun anestezic si dezinfectant este tinctura de propolis.

Si nu in ultimul rand folositi cu incredere ghimbirul. Ca si condiment sau ceai ajuta la imunitate si la raceala. Ceaiul de ghimbir cu usturoi este cel mai bun lucru sa ma pun imediat pe picioare cand racesc.

Nu mi se intampla foarte des, dar atunci cand sunt foarte stresata si obosita imi scade imunitatea. Din fericire imi revin foarte repede si nu zac in pat.

La acest capitol de stres nu sunt cea mai in masura sa va dau sfaturi, pentru ca si eu ma consum exagerat de mult. Dar trebuie sa avem un echilibru in toate, pentru ca asa cum ziceam, organismul nostru este o masinarie, care are nevoie de toate piesele in functiune, ca sa nu clacheze.

Sa avem o iarna cu sanatate!!!!

No article talking about the real prevention. I will not plea against conventional medicine. I used it, I use it when necessary, but I don’t abuse it.

One of the things that I hate about traditional medicine is that you teach the body to be lazy. They developed a bacteria first, a disease, then of course came the antidote. They speculated peoples fear of pain greatly. And so they created a pill for every type of pain, that they promote with mega marketing campaigns.

Dears our body is a very smart machine, the smartest (that’s why we geniuses who create exceptional things, but bad things for money). So you have to listen to your body and sometimes leave it to recover without the help of so many chemicals.

Do not stay at home to die, without taking a pill, but do not take pills from the first symptoms.

And now that I did an intro so long about my personal beliefs, now tell you what I use natural treatments in winter.

As I said in the video a 10 days sea buckthorn cure with lemon juice, ginger juice, honey, pollen or tincture. All we have from the bees is excellent. Manuka honey has some special properties.

A sea buckthorn has the highest concentration of vitamin C concentration, 10 more than citrus. I use frozen fruit or powder from Vegis, when I’m on the run or not home.

Another excellent antioxidant is turmeric, which I recommend you to use it in various dishes. Don’t be afraid to abuse it. In a future episode I will show a turmeric beverage used to treat many diseases.

For cough I make my children a very effective onion & honey syrup. Grated onion mixed with honey let it to leave juice, which is administered several times a day. I honestly tell you that in 2-3 days my kids get rid of the cough.

For sore throats the best anesthetic and disinfectant is the propolis tincture.

And last but not least, use ginger with confidence. As a spice or tea, it boosts your immunity and fights against colds. Ginger tea with garlic is the best thing, it immediately helps me when I have a cold.

It does not happen very often, but when I am very stressed and tired my immunity decreases. Fortunately I come back from it very quickly and do not lie around in bed all day.

When it comes to stress, I’m not in the best position to give advice, because I stress myself too much. But we must have a balance in all, because as I said, our body is a machine that needs all things on track, not to crack.
