My dears, I know that lately I didn’t have time to post recipes that I’ve tried, but I promise to get back to a daily basis. Even when I don’t post on the blog, you can find inspiration on my Facebook and Instagram pages or directly on our raw-vegan boutique’s page @rawlife or www.rawyal.ro.
Today I’ll show you a simple recipe, which I make when I want something good to drink which can even replace a meal, prefferable the breakfast. It’s a three fuit smoothie: banana, mango and raspberries. You mix three bananas with a mango in the blender until they turn into pasta. You put the combination in a glass, but keep a litte in the blender to mix it with the raspberries. You pour the second layer and you have a delicious drink with an interesting aspect.
I know that some people will find it strange that I said you can replace a meal with this drink, but if you put the ingredients in a special program (I’ve been trying to find a proffesional one) you’ll realize this smoothie is full of nutrients. Sometimes I add maca and lucuma, two superfoods which give an energy boost. You will keep hearing me talk about this superfoods, because they increase very much the nutrients intake. Maca is an energiser, afrodisiac, and regulates a lot of infertility, menopause and menstruation problems, so ladies, use it with confidence.
