I know that some of you will say that it’s not so much, but others will understand when I say I want to get back fast to the kg of last year. That’s because kg don’t show off where we want them, but where they want and for me, the troubled areas are the abs and the waistline.
I was really amused when some time ago a tabloid had a misunderstanding about my belly; more exactly if it’s fat or I will have a little cute baby. No, I’m not pregnant, it’s just a layer of fat which I’m decided to eliminate fast.
How? I will tell you next week, but first, I will tell you how I got it.
-long rides and often, night driving, which means tiredness, which pushed me to eat all kinds of bad things because I need sugar to resist.
-eating wherever and whenever
-writing at night, so tiredness again (now it’s past midnight again)
-a New job. It’s nice, it’s true, but it takes a long time. That’s because Rawyal has a New concept which grew very nicely, but which makes me get more and more involved-stress. All of these leave me very little time for sport.
But starting this week, I decided to do something to go back to last year’s shape, which by the way, wasn’t perfect, but it was way better than my current shape.
I have a target-december. But, off the record, if I could get rid of the kg until I’m leaving for London Fashion Week this september it would be so much better. The tonus can be achieved, but it’s a little difficult.
Do you think I can make it? When my colleagues heared what commitments I’m taking, asked me what will happen if I can’t do it? Will you use photoshop? God forbid! It’s a struggle I have with myself, I don’t have to prove anything to anyone. But if I make it, will you be motivated to follow my lead? If yes, the satisfaction will be even greater.
