Reteta simpla de humus

Dragii mei,

M-am intalnit de curand cu Laura Musuroaea, care imi povestea ca s-a lasat de carne si incearca sa manance cat mai sanatos, dar nu stie sa diversifice foarte mult. Asa ca am invitat-o in #bucatarialuiCarmen sa incercam cateva retete simple si gustoase.

Pe canalul meu de youtube gasiti propunerea pentru pranz, iar daca vreti sa vedeti ce am pregatit pentru micul dejun intrati pe pagina Laurei.

Pentru pranz am incercat o reteta simpla de humus cu naut si ardei copt, care am vazut-o de curand la lansarea cartii Ligiei Pop. Ne mandrim pentru ca ne-a iesit la fel de buna ca a ei.

De ce avem nevoie?

200 g naut fiert, 100 g ardei copt, 1 lingurita de ulei de masline preset la rece si o lingurita de 1 ulei de in cu rodie, de la Bioritmo, care apropos a dat un gust foarte bun. Am mai adaugat 2 catei de usturoi, sare de Himalaya dupa gust si putina apa cat sa se lege. Aveti grija sa nu puneti prea multa, pentru ca iese apos. Am pus totul in Vitamix si intr-un minut am facut cea mai gustoasa reteta de humus.

Dar nu trebuie sa ma credeti pe cuvant ci sa incercati. Astept feedback-ul vostru.

Reteta simpla de humus (2)

My darlings,

I met recently with Laura Musuroaea, who told me she doesn’t eat meat anymore and tries to have more, healthy diet, but doesn’t know how to diversify her meals more. So I invited her into  #bucatarialuiCarmen ( Carmen’s Kitchen )   to try together a couple of simple and delicious recipes.

For lunch I tried a simple hummus recipe with chickpeas and baked peppers, which I saw recently at Ligia Pop’s  book launch. We are proud to tell you that it tastes as good as hers.

What do we need?

200g cooked chickpeas,  100 g baked pepper, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon cold pressed linseed & pomegranate oil, from Bioritmo, which, by the way, brought a very good flavor. I added 2 cloves of garlic, Himalayan  salt to taste and a little water. Be careful not to put too much for coming out watery. I put everything in Vitamix and in a minute I made the tastiest hummus recipe.
