Hai sa fim in forma vara asta!

Dragii mei, a venit momentul sa nu mai gasim scuze, da, si eu imi gasesc scuze cateodata, pe care le-am folosit pana acum si sa incepem sa ne pregatim pentru vara. Mai este putin timp, dar nu trebuie sa ne panicam sau sa ne pierdem motivatia.

Acum ca au trecut Sarbatorile si odata cu ele s-au dus si preparatele gustoase si mesele copioase, ar fi cazul sa incepem sa fim mai atenti la ceea ce mancam si sa nu uitam de miscare.

Acum ceva vreme v-am spus ca imi doresc sa slabesc 5 kilograme, tineti minte clipul? Sunt pe drumul cel bun, dar acum ca se apropie vara imi doresc sa imi  schimb putin programul de antrenament pentru a fi cu adevarat multumita de rezultate. Acesta cuprinde antrenamente indoor si outdoor cat si masaje care sa imi ajute pielea si musculatura, dar si sa ma relaxe putin.

De asemenea, doresc sa am grija putin mai mult la ce mananc asa ca m-am consultat cu nutritionista Alina Stoica care mi-a realizat un plan de alimentatie. Plan care sa imi asigure nutrientii de care am nevoie dar si sa fie delicios in acelasi timp. Ehhm, trebuie!

M-am gandit sa incep un serial in care sa va arat cum se desfasoara antrenamentele sa va tin la curent cu programul meu alimentar dar si sa va arat cateva retete sanatoase. In plus, o sa vedeti si cum ne pot ajuta cremele si masajele impotriva retentiei de apa si celulitei si mai ales, cat de importanta este refacerea musculara. Va voi arata o tehnologie pe care o folosesc sportivii dupa antrenamente, asa ca fiti pe faza!

Let's be in shape this summer!

My dear ones, it’s the right  time to forget our excuses, myself included,  because sometimes even I am trying to find my way out, and start to get in shape for summer. We don’t have much time, but we should not panic or lose our motivation.

Now that the holidays, the heavy and tasty meals  have passed, it would be appropriate to start being more careful at our meals without forgeting the exercices.

Not long ago I said I wanted to lose 5 kg, do you remember the video? I am on the right track, but now that summer is coming  I want to change my training program to be truly happy with my  results.  This one includes indoor and outdoor workouts and massages to help my skin and muscles, but also to relax a little bit.

I also want to take care a little bit more about my meals  therefore I talked to my nutritionist Alina Stoica who developed a nutrition plan for me. It is made to provide me the nutrients I need but also to be delicious. Ehhm I have to do this!

I was thinking to start a show to demonstrate you how my workouts look like and to keep you posted with my diet plan, but also to show you some healthy recipes. In addition, you will see  how body lotions and anticellulite massages can help us fight against water retention and especially how important muscle recovery is. I will show a technology used by athletes after their workouts, so stay tuned!
