How to make alemond milk at home

Today I’m going to show you a basic recipe, which will help very much in the kitchen. And for all my friends, who asked, I will show how easy it is. You can make it in any blender, but a powerful one will give it a difference consistency. But any step is a step, it doesn’t matter how small it is, so start with what you have. You need 200g of alemonds (I use the ones from Bioritmo; soon they will also have an online shop), filtered water, a special bag and dishes where to separate. The procedure, as you can see in the movie, doesn’t take longer than 5 minutes. If you want to give it a different taste you can put...

Carmen’s kitchen

Carmen's kitchen You asked me many times on Instagram or the Facebook page how do I prepare certain products that I post so I’ve decided to make a rubric on my Youtube channel where I can show you how I do it, not just write a recipe. Also, on the new Facebook page, Carmen’s kitchen, I’m trying to post what I eat in a day, things made by me or from the town. They are not raw-vegan products or recipes, but a healthy lifestyle, sometimes low-carb, to help me with my weight-losing program. By the way, I lost two and a half kg! Yupppy!! In my weight-losing program I was telling you that after exercising I use a proteic shake. If you didn’t...

Raw Hot Chocolate

Raw hot chocolate is a drink good even for me, even if I am not a big fan of chocolate. It’s a light and energizing drink due to the superfoods it contains, and also for the cocoa content. It’s very easy to prepare with a blender or even by hand, but the ingredients won’t mix up as good. I put alemond milk and hazelnuts, a little raw cocoa with Carob powder, honey, Lukum and maca. You mix them easily and you can even warm it up, but not more than 40 degrees, because then it’s not going to be raw anymore. Easy, right? Enjoy and let me know how it was! Raw Smoothie

My dears, I am a devote of food that’s as liquid as possible. In many days, two of my meals are made of raw smoothies or protein shakes. Today I want to show you a smoothie which I tried a while ago and I found it very interesting. For the first composition I added some red beet, honey, two spoons of psyllium bran and alemond milk to make it fluid. I put it in a glass and I left it in the fridge until I made the other composition. The second layer is made of a nectarina, two bananas, ginger, turmeric and alemond milk. If you are patient enough for both layers to harden they will look really nice, each in its own color. But...

A week of fasting with healthy and delicious raw products

For some years now I try to eat meat and animal products as little as possible. Currently, almost 70 % of my daily alimentation consists of vegan products. I’ve done a lot of research for understanding this lifestyle, in order to know which aliments are beneficial and in which combinations. What is more, I learned and experimented new recipes which are not just healthy, but also tasty. Raw vegan or raw gourmet, the way we have it at Rawyal Brunch and Cakes, means the transition from unhealthy food, tasty only because of the additives and flavor enhancers, to green, natural, raw food, directly from the nature. This doesn’t mean only vegetables and fruit, but also a series of natural aliments which, combined...

Raw Banana pudding

My dears, even if I didn’t post a recipe on the blog in a long time, I have been searching and experiementing all sorts of combinations. Today I want to show you a pudding which was very good. Probably because I like bananas. I used a banana, 100 ml almond milk, three teaspoons of chia seeds, one teaspoon of coconut oil and one teaspoon of cinnamon. I put them in the blender and mixed them very well. I also made a dates sauce with orange juice and a litte cardamom. You leave the pudding in the fridge half an hour and after that you add the sauce. When I took the pictures, I realized it would have been a good ideea to add some...
