Cum sa faci 2 deserturi energizante in 10 minute

Daca m-ati vazut sambata pe snapchat stiti ca am lucrat la 2 retete de dulciuri asa de vara, rapide. Saptamana trecuta am comandat de la Vegis.ro un mare colet de superalimente, migdale, ulei de cocos (chiar ieri am facut un material pe Digi 24, despre beneficiile uleiului de cocos, pe care o sa il vedeti in curand), cacao, paste, etc pentru aceste retete noi.

Despre inghetata am tot vorbit in mai multe materiale, dar aceasta este deosebita pentru ca are in compozitie spirulina, o alga care la prima vedere nu se potriveste intr-un desert. Ei dragii mei se potriveste si inca foarte bine. Daca va place gustul fresh de menta, gen AfterEight, atunci aceasta inghetata are acelasi gust si culoare.

Dar sa cunoastem toate ingredientele:

  • – 3,4 banane congelate
  • – spirulina (am zis in filmulet ¼ lingurita, dar puteti sa puneti aproape o lingurita la aceasta cantitate ca sa va dea o culoare verde intensa. Nu va speriati de gust, pentru ca nu o sa il simtiti)
  • – ¼ lingurita pudra de vanilie
  • – 1 mana mare de menta proaspata
  • – lapte de migdale, la nevoie cat sa lege putin
  • – fulgi crocanti de cacao, ciocolata

Mixati bananele pana devin o pasta, peste care adaugati restul ingredientelor si continuati pana la o  omogenizare fina. Fulgii de cacao ii puneti si ii amestecati 2 sec cat sa integreze in compozitie. Urmariti etapele din videoclip si o sa va fie foarte usor.

Si asa cum am promis in filmulet o sa va enumar cateva din beneficiile pudrei de spirulina. Am citit la un moment dat un articol care spunea ca o dieta bazata pe apa si aceasta alga este suficienta si perfect echilibrata. Sper ca va dati seama cam ce “arma” avem la indemana ca sa ne hranim corect si rapid.

60-70% din compozitie reprezinta proteina pura. Mai mult  decat pot contine carnea de vita sau pui

vitamin B12, calciu, crom, cupru, iod, zinc, potasiu, fosfor, seleniu, magneziu, vitaminele D, E,K

are afect antiinflamator (de asemenea turmericul este foarte bun antiinflamator)

regleaza tensiunea arterial

clorofila regleaza metabolismul pielii, dezinfectant, regenerant, intarzie efectele de imbatrinire prematura. Clorofila inseamna oxygen, viata

scade glicemia

consumata cu jumatate de ora inainte de masa reduce pofta de mancare (folosita pentru slabit, controlul obezitatii)

in tratamente cosmetice

Si multe altele, petru ca fiecare din aceste ingredient are un anumit beneficiu in organism. Se poate consuma sub forma de pudra in smoothie, sucuri verzi, inghetata, dupa um vedeti, dar si bomboane si alte prajituri. Sau daca va este mai usor puteti incerca si variant de capsule.

Pentru bomboanele energizante avem nevoie de :

  • 150/200 g curmale fara samburi
  • 50 g caju
  • ½ lingurita maca
  • 1 lingurita rasa macaccino
  • 1 lingurita rasa cacao bio
  • 1 lingurita cu varf proteina de canepa
  • 2 lingurite seminte de chia
  • 2 linguri ulei de cocos

Se blenduiesc bine pana obtineti o pasta omogena usor de modelat, dupa care le dati forma dorita.

Puteti sa le consumati dimineata ca si mic dejun, dar nu mai mult de 3,4 bomboane. Chiar daca par mici si masa dumnevoastra probabil ca o sa dureze 5 minute credeti-ma ca v-ati luat mai multi nutrienti decat daca ati fi mancat 3 feluri clasice. Este o masa perfecta pentru o zi in care va antrenati (consumata cu mini o ora inaninte de antrenament).  Sau puteti lua o bomboana ca si gustare intre mese sau la o jumatate de ora dupa antrenament. Ingredientele sunt bogate in calorii asa ca nu exagerati.

Stiu ca pare ciudat daca va spun ca 4 bomboane pot sa fie masa voastra, pentru ca am fost crescuti cu ideea ca ca trebuie sa mancam mult ca sa hranim corect. In realitate trebuie doar sa stii sa ii dai corpului exact ce are nevoie, fara sa ii ingreunezi digestia. Organismul nostru pierde foarte multa energie ca sa digere ceea ce noi ii dam si nu este un lucru tocmai benefic. Cele mai multe lucruri pe care le bagam in gura sunt doar pentru pofta, nu pentru ca ne hranesc.

“Mananc mai putin, ma hranesc mai mult” ar trebui sa fie motto-ul nostru.

Cat despre ingredientele din aceasta reteta aveti o adevarata bogatie. Maca era considerata inantichitate un dar de la zei. Este un cocktail de vitamine (A, B1, B2, B5, B12, C, D, magneziu, potasiu, sodiu, zinc, fosfor, iod, fier mangan si multe, multe altele) afrodisiac, energizant, anti stres, adaptogen, proprietati de tonifiere, antioxidant, creste capacitatea de aparare a organismului, etc . Deepre uleiul de cocos putem sa vorbim cateva ore bune, dar in curand o sa fac un live exact despre beneficiile si moduri de intrebuintare ale uleiului de cocos.  Macaccino este o pudra formata din maca, zaharul de cocos ( indice glicemic scazut, gust de caramel, bogat in fier, potasiu, magneziu si grupul B) si pudra de cacao (antioxidant, magneziu mineral pentru nivele energetic optim si afrodisiac). Pudra aceasta puteti sa o folositi si dimineata in loc de cafea. Va da aceeasi energie, dar cu eliberare treptata, fara sa aveti o ascensiune rapida urmata de o cadere la fel de rapida, ca in cazul cafelei.

Despre fiecare ingredient in parte o sa mai discutam si in filmuletele viitoare, pentru ca stiti ca le folosesc constant ( retetele mele aici). Aproape toate ingredientele pe care le-am folosit in acest material le-am comandat pe Vegis.ro (v-am pus linkul si pe youtube). Cat despre acei fulgi de cacao sunt plimbati cu drag tocmai din Panama, dar gasiti variante asemanatoare si pe Vegis sau alte site-uri de profil. O sa mai postez cu voi ce imi comand si de unde, pentru ca asta este intrebarea cea mai frecventa.

2 recipes for healthy and quick desserts

if you saw my Snapchat on Saturday, you should already know that I worked on two quick recipes for summer desserts. Last week I ordered from Vegis.ro a big package full of superfoods, almonds, coconut oil (and yesterday I spoke on Digi24 about the numerous benefits of the coconut oil, and you’ll see it soon on screens), cocoa, pasta and some other ingredients for fresh and new recipes.

I spoke often about ice-cream recipes in several articles, but this one is truly special because it contains spirulina, an alga that at a first glance does not match a delicious dessert. Oh, my dears, we were totally wrong! This alga fits very well! If you love the taste of fresh mint, like After Eight chocolate, then this type of ice cream fits your tastes, because it has the same taste and color.

But let’s find out the ingredients I used to make this recipe:

  • -3,4 frozen bananas
  • -spirulina (as I said in the video, you can use ¼ teaspoon, but if you would like to have a more intense green color, you need to use a full teaspoon of spirulina. Don’t be afraid of the aftertaste of spirulina, you will not feel it. )
  • -1/4 teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • -1 hand full of fresh mint
  • -Almond milk (enough to strengthen the composition)
  • -Crispy chocolate flakes, chocolate

Next, you have to mix the bananas until they become a paste, then add all the other ingredients and continue to mix the composition until you reach a homogenized paste. The crispy chocolate flakes are to be mixed for 2 seconds, just to integrate in the composition. If you follow all the steps in the video, the recipe will be a piece of cake!

As I promised in the video, I’ll tell you some of the benefits of the spirulina powder. Some time ago I read an article saying that a diet based on water and this alga is sufficient and perfectly balanced. I hope you realize that we have a strong “weapon” to feed ourselves quickly and properly.

-60-70% of its composition represents pure protein, much more than beef or chicken contain

-B12 vitamin, calcium, chromium, copper, iodine, zinc, potassium, phosphorus, selenium, magnesium, D, E, K vitamins

-Reduces inflammation (also a very good anti-inflammatory is turmeric)

-Adjusts blood pressure

-The chlorophyll adjusts skin’s metabolism, disinfects, regenerates, delays the effects of premature aging. The chlorophyll means oxygen, it means life.

-Lowers blood sugar

-If you consume it half an hour before meals, it reduces appetite (used for weight loss, obesity control)

And so many more, as each component of this ingredient has a specific benefit on the body. Spirulina can be consumed as powder in smoothies, green juices, ice cream, as you can see, but also in cakes and sweets. If you find it easier, you can try alternative capsules of spirulina.

 For the energy candies we need:

  • -150/200 g pitted dates
  • -50g cashew
  • -1/2 teaspoon of maca
  • -1 teaspoon of macaccino
  • -1 teaspoon of bio cocoa
  • -1 full teaspoon of hemp protein
  • -2 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • -2 teaspoons of coconut oil

These ingredients have to be well blended, until you obtain a homogenized paste, easy to shape, then you give the shape you want.

You can consume these recipes as breakfast, but no more than 3 or 4 candies. Even if they seem to be small, and your breakfast will take just 5 minutes, trust me, you got your nutrients for a full day. It’s a perfect meal for a day when you exercise (consumed at least one hour before you go training). Or you can have a candy snack between meals, or half an hour after the training, to regain energy.

The ingredients are high in calories so do not exaggerate.

I know that it may seem odd, if I tell you that 4 candy can be your meal for a day, because we’ve been raised with the idea that we need to eat a lot of food, in order to be healthy. In reality, you need to give your body exactly the ingredients that it needs, without aggravate digestion.

Our body loses a lot of energy to digest heavy meals, and this is not beneficial at all. Most things we stuff into our mouths are just lust, not necessarily good food.

“I eat less, I feed myself more”, should be our motto.

As the ingredients in this recipe, we have a true wealth of nutrients.

In antiquity maca was considered a gift from the gods. Maca is a cocktail of vitamins (A, B1, B2, B5, B12, C, D, magnesium, potassium, sodium, zinc, phosphorus, iodine, iron, manganese, and many more), aphrodisiac, energizer, anti-stress, adaptive, toning properties, antioxidant, increases the body’s defense capability.

We can talk a few good hours about coconut oil, but soon I’ll do a live, exactly with the benefits and ways of using the coconut oil. Macaccino is a powder made of maca powder, coconut sugar (low glycemic index, caramel flavor, rich in iron, potassium, magnesium and group B) and cocoa (antioxidant, mineral magnesium for optimal energy levels and aphrodisiac). This type of powder can be used in the morning, as coffee. It gives you the same energy, but with gradual release, without having a rapid ascent, followed by a fall as fast as the ascent, like in the case of usual coffee.
